How can I create a link to Open an application like Photoshop to view a JPG rather then have IE render the image.

I am trying to have a very simple html page to display medial pictures for Doctor review. The problem is that IE has no color management. I really need to open the JPG's in Photoshop (they have embedded ICC profiles) so they will look right in Photoshop on Calibrated screens.

Thing is what can I put in the hyperlink or button or whatever to get IE to spawn a new instance of Photoshop with that particular jpg that was shown on the page?

Any help would be greatly apprecated.

thanks,

Sean~

In my idea is this not a Visual Basic language question but more a question about the behaviour of your operating system.

Have for that a look in the forum which is for your Operating System these things are for different windowsoperatingsystems optimized.

So the change that the answer fits here is low
