Dynamic rdlc sample

Hello,

I am unable to find a tutorial for dynamic report(rdlc) sample such as reportview,ReportViewer.PrintDialog(),refresh and ReportViewer.LocalReport etcs.
I googled butno luck.

Anybody has an idea?
