An error occurred creating the form. See Exception.InnerException for details. The error is: Login failed for user 'sa'.

I have done everything as you advised me. I am still getting the error. I need to mention that the database was initially created in MSSQL Server 2000 and later upgraded to MSSQL Server 2008. Could I be missing something here?
