How to solve this: Error 1 Unable to find manifest signing certificate in the certificate store.(vb.NET)

hi all,
i m getting problem inh my project, which in VB.NET.
Actually i was developing a small software, to be familier with visual basic.NET, as i was coding with Visual Basic.
everything was running very fine, day before i installed winXp again ( freash installeation). Then simply VS 2005,with out any error.
Now i m able to open, my project, i can edit it, but if i try to build the executable, or compilation. it is giving strange error.
below what error IDE is giving

Hello, I had the same problem in a project I downloaded from the web.
I found in the project properties the tab "Signing".
The checkbox "Signing the ClickOnce manifest" was checked.
Uncheck it and the error disappears.

i have unchecked the signing and I have always the same error message

just create a test certificate & save....that's it
